WOMEN
 BUST: Measure around the fullest part of the bust under the arms keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST: Measure around the natural waist (the naval) keeping the tape snug.
HIPS: Measure the fullest part of the hip keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
GIRTH: Place tape at the center of the right shoulder (front) , over bust, through crotch,to center of left shoulder (back). For proper fit wear leotard or bodysuit when measuring.
MEN
 SHIRT/NECK: Measure for collar size around the neck just below the larynx.
SHIRT/SLEEVE LENGTH: For sleeve length, measure from the center of the back of the neck, across the shoulders, and down to the wrist.
CHEST: Measure across the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep tape straight across the back.
PANTS/WAIST: Measure at your natural waist line where the the top of the pants are worn. Keep tape firm, but not tight.
 
PANTS/INSEAM: Measure inside leg from the crotch down to the top of the shoe.

  • Check the girth with the chart and find the size under which it is located. If all measurements are close to those listed under that size, even if not exactly the same, order that size.
