Order Manager

Our new order manager will be in charge of making sure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner as well as organize, maintain, and order custom orders efficiently to keep our clients satisfied and hungry to come back. You will be the contact point for all orders and making sure items are shipped out timely and handle any returns or exchanges with excellent service and support. 

We are seeking a super organized, growth minded individual who loves keeping things moving efficiently, getting things to customers on time, and keeping our accounts in good standing. 
What you will love to do...
✅ Manage our online ecommerce orders making sure they ship fast and handle any issues with stock if they arise
✅ Manage bills and make sure all accounts are up to date so we can make timely payments
✅ Organize and manage all aspects of the custom uniform order including spec sheets, rosters, and design files. 
✅ Manage the order process and make sure everyone is on the same page to deliver excellent client experience.
